Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is oriented towards the business value you're expecting from LuitBiz. It outlines our severity levels, repair time, minimum downtime and the support process that we follow to solve our customers' issues. We invite you to try out LuitBiz free for 15 days and then carefully go through our SLA before signing up for LuitBiz - because we are committed to our endeavour of providing you the best business software with the best service at the best price.

If Availability is below the agreed level of Availability for the Service, the Customer is entitled to a price reduction of the percentage of the monthly access fee for the specific month.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) forms part of the agreement between the customer and Luit Infotech and is effective as of May 17, 2012, and applicable to all active LuitBiz SaaS Software Services.This document defines the commercial compensation that will be provided if Luit Infotech does not deliver according to the stated metrics.
