• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Store unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Conduct activities that could compromise security or availability of services

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

Customers retain ownership of the information, documents, records, files, and content uploaded into LuitBiz.

Luit Infotech does not claim ownership of customer data.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the right to upload data
• Maintaining lawful use of data
• Managing retention requirements
• Obtaining necessary consents where required

remain the exclusive property of Luit Infotech or its licensors.

Customers are responsible for evaluating whether services meet their requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of goodwill
• Data loss resulting from customer actions or third-party actions

Any liability arising under these Terms shall be limited to the fees paid by the customer for the applicable services during the preceding twelve months.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luit Infotech from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of applicable laws
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

Luit Infotech may:

• Modify functionality
• Improve security controls
• Add new features
• Retire obsolete functionality
