Key features of the new upgrade include Business partner module. LuitBiz DMS will keep track of all related documents to business partners and suppliers like contracts, legal documents, AMCs, tax documents, address proofs, etc. LuitBiz DMS will work together with your ERP system. The same code or number for the Business partner provides a relation between their documents.

LuitBiz DMS can easily connect to accounts payable invoices. By using common GRN numbers that will be entered when uploading an invoice. Easy search based on the GRN number and a range of GRN numbers. LuitBiz DMS will present all the versions of invoices.

Our new version of LuitBiz DMS will support CAF (Capital Expenditure Forms). By this we will keep track of when documents should be renewed on time (AMC forms). By renewing AMCs on time based on the alerts provided by LuitBiz DMS you can avoid huge penalties and invalidity of insurance coverage. LuitBiz DMS supports the approval routine when purchasing of new equipments. When a form comes for approval, the designated person gets an email alert that something has come for approval and he / she can login to LuitBiz DMS to approve, reject or ask for resubmission.

LuitBiz DMS is supporting features so the customer can approve documents. This will save a lot of time and money. The customer comments and versions will be stored in one place.
